Quick Start

1. Install the most recent version of Julia

2. Install the package EnergyModelsBase, the time package TimeStruct, and EnergyModelsCompliance by running:

   ] add EnergyModelsBase
   ] add TimeStruct
   ] add EnergyModelsCompliance
